Numbered Limited Edition 200g 2LP
Analogue Productions is pleased to reissue The Complete Plantation Recordings of Muddy Waters which represents everything listed by the Library of Congress as recorded by the blues master during these historic 1941-42 sessions. Work's voice can be heard on the recordings conducting portions of interviews with Muddy. A great many more tracks were recorded than were initially released on the Library of Congress' 1942 five-album set, Folk Music of the United States Album IV – Afro American Blues and Game Songs. The newly mastered and numbered 33 1/3 200-gram LP offering was pressed at Quality Record Pressings, and is limited to 1,000 copies.
