What to do if you believe a fraudulent charge has been made on Comeback Vinyl with your gift card or credit/debit card


If you believe that a fraudulent charge has been made on Comeback Vinyl with your gift card or credit/debit card, follow the steps below. Different card issuers have different policies for reporting fraud or lost/stolen cards. Unfortunately, we are not able to directly refund any fraudulent purchases after the transaction has been completed. Please contact the appropriate services as outlined below to resolve the issue.

If your Comeback Vinyl gift card is lost or stolen

Contact us or come to our brick + mortar store. Have either your purchase receipt, your gift receipt, or card number handy. With this information, we can transfer the remaining balance to a new gift card. We cannot refund any balance that was used after the card was stolen. Comeback Vinyl gift cards are treated as cash.

If your credit or debit card has a fraudulent charge at Comeback Vinyl

Contact your bank or card issuer immediately, and they will provide you with the next steps to resolve the issue and may be able to reimburse you. Unfortunately, Comeback Vinyl is not able to directly refund any fraudulent purchases after the transaction has been completed.

If a prepaid gift card has a fraudulent charge at Comeback Vinyl

Contact the card issuer immediately. Unfortunately, Comeback Vinyl is not able to directly refund any fraudulent purchases after the transaction has been completed.
