Are items in my cart held for me?
They are not.
Do you have everything I've ordered in stock?
On some rare occasions due to multiple customers checking out with the same title or other technical issues, we may have to cancel an item from your order.
Can I backorder an item?
We do not take backorders, but you can sign up for an in-stock alert for any out of stock item.
Can I pre-order an item?
We do not take pre-orders for records, but you can see all of the upcoming releases we plan on stocking here, and you can sign up for in-stock alerts for them.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
I want to buy something that's not on your site. Can you get it for me?
We’re happy to special order any title that’s available from our vendors. If you want to special order an item, call the store at 678.580.0583 and we’ll take your order over the phone. If you want to request that we stock an item not on our website but don’t want to buy it immediately, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the title, and we’ll add it. If you’d like, we can also sign you up for an in-stock alert so you’ll get notified if we decide to stock it in the future.
What does “Ship Disc Behind Jacket To Prevent Seam Splits” mean?
As an additional service to help prevent seam splits in transit, we’re happy to open your record(s) and ship the disc(s) behind the jacket free of charge. We’ll keep the shrink wrap as intact as possible and will always be sure to include it with any hype stickers in the rare event that the shrink wrap needs to be removed completely to take the discs out of the jacket. To add this service, check the box above “add to bag” for each item before you add it to your bag.
Do you drop ship (i.e. ship directly from manufacturer)?
We do not. All orders all fulfilled in our warehouse and are shipped quickly in bomb-proof packaging.
Do you ship outside the US?
We currently do not, but we plan to begin shipping to both Canada and Europe in the near future.
How are shipping rates calculated?
All Comeback Vinyl shipping services are flat rate, which means that each service is the same cost no matter how many items are in the box. To read more about our shipping services, click here.
Can I combine multiple orders?
If we haven’t given your first order to the shipping carrier yet, we can most likely combine multiple orders. Before attempting to place a second order for combination, please contact our support team to see if it’s an option and for instructions on how to place an order to be combined with a previously placed order. Can I change my order or shipping address after my order has been placed?
Yes, but only if your package hasn’t left our warehouse yet. If you need to change your shipping address or anything about your order after you’ve placed it, send an email ASAP to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and what needs to be changed.

How can I get free shipping?
All orders over $99 after any discounts have been applied are eligible for free standard shipping. Just select the free shipping option at checkout.
I didn't get an order confirmation email. Has my order been shipped?
When you place an order, we send you two emails: one as soon as you reach the order confirmation and one as soon as we print your label. Be sure to check your spam folders, and if you still have any concerns, shoot a message to email@example.com
What is UPS SurePost?
UPS SurePost is Comeback Vinyl’s standard shipping method, and it makes the reliability and speed of UPS more economical by working in tandem with the USPS. With SurePost, packages are shipped from Comeback Vinyl via UPS to your local post office, and USPS delivers it to you from there.
How long will it take to process my order?
Most of the time, less than 24 hours. All orders placed before 3pm on a weekday ship on the same day. All orders placed after 3pm on Friday or on the weekend ship on the following weekday.
How long will it take for my order to get here?
That depends on the shipping method you selected at checkout. From the time it leaves our warehouse, Expedited shipping will arrive in 1-5 days, Standard in 3-8, and Economy in 10-25.
When do I receive my tracking number?
You’ll receive an email as soon as we print your label to box up your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to show up.
How can I check my order status?
When you receive your shipping confirmation email, you’ll be able to see a tracking portal with the latest status of your order.
My Economy Shipping tracking number says “Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending.” What does this mean?
This means that your package has been picked up by the USPS at our warehouse and is now on its way to you, but it has not yet been scanned in a USPS facility. USPS Media Mail shipments don’t have their tracking updated consistently or often, so it is not abnormal for orders with Economy Shipping to have this tracking status for several days or not update from this status at all until the package is out for delivery.
My tracking number hasn't updated in a while. What now?
Tracking numbers update when the package is scanned at various points along its journey. If you selected Economy Shipping (USPS Media Mail), your package will likely not update often on its way to you—if at all.
I think my package is lost. What now?
If your package has gone 30 consecutive days without a tracking update, we’ll consider it lost. At that time, we can either ship you a replacement package (pending item availability) or issue you a full refund (including any original shipping costs that you paid, if applicable). We’ll let you know current item availability and ask which option you’d prefer.
It’s been longer than the quoted shipping time frame and my package still hasn’t arrived.
Most likely your package is running late due to a carrier delay or weather related delay. (If your package has been scanned within the last 30 days, we don’t consider it lost.) We apologize that your package hasn’t arrived in the estimated time frame but the time frames are estimates, not guarantees.
My package says "Delivered" but I haven't received it.
Try checking in different areas around your home, or check the mail room if your package was sent to an apartment, condo, or office building. If you see your delivery driver the next day, you could also ask them if they remember dropping off a package yesterday. If you still can’t find your package, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll dive in to help.

Do you sell used vinyl?
We sell some used vinyl exclusively in our small brick + mortar shop.
Do you ever raise your prices on high-demand items?
We do not. All of our products are priced at MSRP or lower.
Do you ever put products on sale?
Yes, we occasionally have special store-wide promotions and will occasionally discount specific items year-round.
What can I search for using the search bar?

Your website says that this item is out of stock. Do you have any more?
If our website says that an item is out of stock, we do not have any more available either on the site or in the store. Stock status on our site is always live, and the only products in the brick + mortar store that aren’t on the site are used vinyl.
Are all of the records on your website new and sealed?
We only sell new records on the website, but not all records arrive sealed from the manufacturer.
What are Wishlists, and how do I use them?

How long does it take you to restock a record?
Most of the items on our website are still in print and will be restocked in the future. Occasionally an item will become out of print, and it might take us a little while to remove it from the site. But all of the items on our website that are in print and show as “out of stock” are currently being restocked.Due to ongoing vinyl pressing plant delays, it could be months or longer before some titles are back in stock. Unfortunately we have no way of providing an estimated restock timeline on most titles. The best way to find out once something’s back in stock is to sign up for an in-stock alert.
