Online Purchases

To Return In Store:

• Bring the item(s) you want to return
• Give us your name and/or order number
• We’ll refund your order

To Return By Mail:

• Click here to start a return
• Enter your order number and shipping ZIP code
• Select the item(s) being returned
• Select your reason(s) for return
• Click “Submit Request”
• Print your return label
• If you need your return label resent to you, shoot us a message at crew@comebackvinyl.com
• Box up your return (you don’t have to use the original shipment’s box, but a lot of people find that to be most convenient)
• Tape the label to the outside of the box
• Drop the return off at your local post office, mail room at work or apartment complex, or have your USPS driver take it
• You’ll receive an email confirmation and your refund within 2-3 days of us receiving your return package

In-Store Purchases

To Return In Store: 

• Bring the item(s) you want to return
• Bring your receipt (paper, text, or email) and/or original method of payment
• We’ll refund your order 

To Return By Mail: 

• To get a free return label, send an email to crew@comebackvinyl.com with the details of your order and the item(s) you want to return
• Helpful order identifiers include the item(s) purchased in the transaction, the date of purchase, and the receipt number 
• Once we’ve verified your purchase, we’ll send you a free return label
• Print your return label
• Box up your return (we recommend using a vinyl mailer you may have saved from an online order)
• Tape the label to the outside of the box
• Drop the return off at your local post office, mail room at work or apartment complex, or have your USPS driver take it
• You’ll receive an email confirmation and your refund within 2-3 days of us receiving your return package

• We are unable to offer exchanges. If you’d like a replacement copy of a record, you’ll want to initiate a return and then purchase another copy if it is still available.
• Return labels are only valid for 30 days. If you do not drop your return off with USPS within 30 days of creating your label, you’ll need to initiate a new return.
• It typically takes 10-25 weekdays for your return package to arrive to our warehouse once USPS has it

• If you decide to have a third party ship your order from a US location to an international location, we cannot accept any returns for any items that have left the country, and Comeback Vinyl will not be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during international transit.
• On very rare occasions, our return policy has become subject to abuse. If we think that you’re taking advantage of our return policy, Comeback Vinyl reserves the right to refuse your return and may be forced to limit your number of returns and/or orders in the future.
